Hello
Sorry for the lack of posting - it has been a busy summer!! Work, socialising, family ......
I am now back knitting, cast is off the wrist and WIP's are slowly becoming finished garments!
I have started Lily from Kim Hargreaves and am making good progress. Back, 2 fronts and sleeve finished - all in a week. I had forgotten how quicky summer tweed knitted up.
My second WIP is

Waves
This is knitted in Rowan All Seasons Cotton and the pattern is from a book by Kim Hargreaves. Good progress is being made on this as well. The shade I am using is Cookie - a lovely oatmeal.
My mum has been in hospital so I have spent a few hours sat in the hospital knitting whilst visiting her. Obviously helped my progress.

Hi Anna, pleased the cast is off your wrist and you are knitting again - you must be delighted, you are certainly making up for lost time! A friend has just done Lily for her daughter, in the red colour, it is really great, with such a pretty edging. Is it for you? Hope your Mother has a speedy recovery. Love, Jill
i hope your mother is doing well. How is the progress on Waves doing? I like this pattern very much, i hope you'll show us :o)
